I heard about Randa’s bootcamp from a friend who also has children. When she mentioned it was a mums and bubs class i was instantly interested as i knew this would cater to my needs. Randa was just wonderful with making me feel welcome and at ease. I was sore all over for about a week after my first session. As the weeks passed i noticed i was getting fitter and stronger and doing things i really NEVER imagined i could achieve.
When I needed some motivation to get back into shape, Randa was highly recommended to me by many people and she certainly did not disappoint. We endured a lot together. She introduced exercises that was totally out of my comfort zone like running up hills, skipping, push ups and so many sit-ups, squats and lunges!
Every time I told Randa I could not do it she challenged me and told me I could, she believed in me and gave me the power to believe in myself. She made me stronger, fitter, and more motivated then ever to continue to take care of my body inside and out myself and to be physically active more in many ways.
I am forever grateful for our sessions together and looking forward to many more, Thank you Randa!

Each week I never know what to expect but you never dissapoint and I love it!.As a trainer you have come so far in the year I have known you and you should be proud. Your passion and dedication really shows to your clients and I personally really appreciate your time and efforts. Knowing you are there at every session motivates me even more.
All my life I thought it would be impossible to lose weight. Once I met Randa she inspired, encouraged and supported me in achieving my goal. I used to think eating junk food was an achievement but Randa taught me how to use healthy options and change my eating habits. It is never too late to make a change!
Great changes may not happen right away, but with effort even the difficult becomes easy. I completed six weeks with Randa, one session on a weekly basis, Randa would come and train me hard.
Without her motivating me and using words of encouragement I would have given up. At times I would feel completely negative, upset and stressed out. But I stopped and thought to myself why throw everything away after the success I have achieved so far. I would like to thank my beautiful personal trainer Randa Ghazi who has made a difference in my life. Thankyou so much for believing in me and not giving up on me. My experience with Randa has been fantastic. She ensured we worked out every muscle in our body, and while our bodies did ache quite bad, we found ourselves being able to do things later down the track, that we never thought we could do. And it was just so enjoyable, we had different circuits every day, with different levels of intensities so that we never felt “over” the bootcamp. The best part of it all is when you go back home and 2 weeks later you can actually fit into your favourite pair of jeans or that dress you have been putting aside for ages because you love it so much, you would regret throwing it out just because it’s too small on you.
PT Trainer -Randa Ghazi has been a big encouragement & very supportive. She has good ethics & knowledge for healthy living & exercise. I know my limits & always ensure to put in 110% & even with my hip or if any other injury sustained, Randa will always advise a Substitute exercises to do. I like that every session is different & the change keeps me interested for the next work out & wanting more. With the variety of people at different levels of fitness attending Randa’s classes we are given alternate exercises & with that little extra drive & words to get us through the session we achieve it & much more. The big picture is what I’m striving for & I’m sure the others that attend believe the same. With Randa’s enthusiasm & words of encouragement it makes you want to work harder, it makes you want to strive & it gives you that extra drive. No pain no gain & it help’s to have others that see that to.
I know I have made progress with my strength & my body is toning. I will keep on enjoying the works out till I achieve the body I strive for.
