1. Set challenging but achievable goals
Start by visualizing what you truly want to achieve and establish a concise set of incremental goals that will lead you to success.

2. Reprogram yourself
Once you have set yourself goals, you must also be brutally honest with yourself and ask whether your current mindset will get you there.

3. Track your progress
Keeping records and reviewing your progress is extremely motivating.
Keep track of your nutritional intake, body weight, body measurements and body fat percentage.

4. Stay motivated
Everyone has the motivation to get fit and healthy but its having the commitment and the dedication to be committed every day that’s essential to making changes.

5. Make it a habit
Spend 10 minutes on a Sunday evening to plan the coming week.
Determine when training sessions are going to take place allowing adequate time.
