Morning energy booster without the caffeine

This is a great way to ensure that you get an extra burst of energy in the morning with out the caffeine.

The carbs from the carrots and beets will give you that burst of energy with added protein you wont have a sugar urge later.

Ingredients
3 carrots
2 beets
bunch parsley
1-2 knobs ginger

Method
Juice the carrots first, parsley ginger and beets last.
Drink immediately and enjoy!
