I hope that you are well and that you had a nice valentines earlier this month.

I hope that you loved your body more, it might be that you have tried to cut down on your bad health habits no matter what that might be from smoking too much, drinking that one too many drinks, over indulging in sweets or your favorite savory, drinking too much coffee or eating that tempting piece of chocolate.

No matter what the case might be try as much as possible to cut down on the bad health habits  and replace slowly with a better, healthier options that’s good for you and your body.

Love your body more and appreciate your health more, do more good than harm.

You only have one body and your health is valuable and being healthy is wealthy at its best.

Try these  delicious  Cruncy Raw Protein Balls its easy  and guilt free!

Crunchy Raw Protein Balls

Ingredients

1 cup organic flour

1 scoop of protein powder of your choice

1/4 cup organic sesame seeds

1/4 cup chia seeds

1/4 cup organic raw cacao powder

1/2 cup organic nut butter

1 tablespoon organic coconut oil

2-3 tablespoons organic maple syrup

Method

1. Combine all ingredients into a food processor and process until well combined and in a crumbly paste type consistency.

2. Scoop  small spoonful’s and squeeze tightly into the palm of your hands then roll between the palms of your hands into a small ball shape.

3. Serve plain or roll in sesame seeds or chia seeds.

4. Refrigerate and they will become firmer.
