I never ever would have thought that Brussel sprouts would ever be so delicious, as to when I made a crunchy healthy alternative to chips.
I became creative and thought to make a crunchy healthy snack using my air fryer.
I had brussel sprouts in my fridge and thought to myself , why not try and make something that I would have not ever thought of making before.
Before you know it I was cutting the ends of the sprouts, washing them drying them with a paper towel, then I drizzled some olive oil, sprinkled Himalayan pink salt, cracked pepper to taste and some chilli powder.
I tossed the brussel sprouts untill it was mixed well, then I placed them into my air fryer.
I sprayed some olive oil spray and set the temp on 100°c for 10 minutes.
The Brussel sprouts were to my surprise crispy and tasty and less than half the calories of any chip packet or cracker that I could think of.
This is a real guilt free, healthy, crunchy alternative to have on the couch with a movie.
