BBQ PRAWNS NO BBQ REQUIRED RECIPIE

Ingredients
1/4 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
2 cloves of garlic chopped
1 tsp. of your own favorite seasoning
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. rosemary leaves
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 fresh squeezed lemon juice

Method
Heat oven on med-high heat
Place onion, celery, garlic, seasoning, salt and rosemary into a small saucepan and sauté until onions have soften.
Add prawns mix well.
Add all into an oven proof baking dish and bake for 15 min, until prawns are pink.
Serve with rice or salad.
