Why is it so important to drink water?
Now that we are coming to the beginning of the colder days, we tend to forget to drink plenty of water, and tend to drink more coffee and teas/warmer drinks. Which in result actually dehydrates you.

Water helps your body get rid of all the substances that you don’t need, and that could hurt you if you did not excrete them out.
It helps your brain concentrate and stay focused and alert.
It puts back the water you lose through sweating and exercise.
Water is the best drink you can get and its free!
You should aim to drink 6-8 cups a day.

Please always remember that 1 cup of coffee/tea =2 cups of water.
That’s how you can always be on top of your daily water requirements.
