30 session Abtastic challenge!

Starting on Monday 12th Jan 2015 will be the launch of my new Bootcamps Australia Monterey 30 session Abs challenge.

The challenge is designed to test your skill and endurance, starts off slow but depending on your current fitness level these are modifications you can do along the way.
The overall goal is to help strengthen the body’s core.
The concept of the 30 sessions is simple, do a series of abdominal workouts almost everyday, increasing the repetitions or duration as the month progresses.
Your results will include smaller waist, flatter belly, reduced “muffin top” and a leaner stronger core muscles.
